Flats from private owners in Tenerife. No agency fee.
We’re bringing the owner feed to Tenerife (Canary Islands): rentals listed by private owners, analysed by our team every day and scored on how sure we are it’s really the owner. No agency, no agency fee.
Where owner listings come up in Tenerife (Canary Islands)
On Tenerife, owner rentals are spread across the island: Santa Cruz and La Laguna in the north-east, where most people live and work; Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava on the north coast; and Adeje, Los Cristianos in Arona, and El Médano in the south. Long-term lets compete with holiday rentals here, so it pays to see an owner listing early.
How we know it’s an owner
Portals let agencies list as "particular", and they don’t check. We do. Every listing gets an owner score built from what the portal says about the advertiser, our database of agency phone numbers, whether the same phone appears on other flats, the wording of the description and photos reused from other ads.
Questions
When does Tenerife (Canary Islands) open?
We don’t have a date yet. We open a city once our analysis and the owner score work well there. Leave your email above and we’ll tell you the day it opens.
Where will the listings come from?
From the places where private owners in Spain advertise their flats. Our team analyses them every day and keeps only the listings we believe come from private owners.
How do you know it’s really an owner?
Every listing gets an owner score from what the portal says about the advertiser, our database of agency phone numbers, whether the same number shows up on other flats, the wording of the description and reused photos. 85% and up is marked Verified owner, 60–84% Likely owner, and anything below 60% is never shown.
Do I contact the owner myself?
With the feed, yes — each card links to the original listing on the portal. If you’d rather not, Marta can phone owners for you in Spanish and book the viewing.
What will it cost?
€39 a month for every city we cover, the first 3 days free, cancel anytime — the same subscription as in Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona, where the feed is already open.
