Every listing ends in one of the statuses below — and you see it the moment it lands, together with the recording and the transcript of every call behind it. Nothing is summarised on your behalf: you can always check the work yourself.
That is the commitment: you always know what happened, and exactly what you are being charged for.
A viewing booked, a flat already gone, a requirement that rules you out, or terms that no longer match the listing. Whatever the answer, you can act on it today.
Busy right now, call back later, or "write me on WhatsApp". I keep working the listing — and a person steps in the moment the conversation needs one.
Nobody picks up after 20 attempts, voicemail every time, or the number in the listing is dead. I retry across hours and days, then close it out with the attempt log.
