Where do the listings come from?

Our team constantly analyses the Spanish rental market and keeps only listings published by private owners — no agencies, no duplicates.

How do you know it’s really an owner?

Every listing gets an owner score. We combine what the portal says about the advertiser, our own database of agency phone numbers, whether the same number shows up on other listings, the wording of the description and reused photos. 85% and up is marked Verified owner, 60–84% Likely owner, and anything below 60% never reaches the feed.

How fresh is the feed?

New listings appear soon after they’re published, every day. Speed is the whole point: good owner listings get dozens of replies on the first day.

Do I contact the owner myself?

On the Owner feed plan, yes — each card links to the original listing. On Full Hunt, the feed is included and Marta phones the owners for you in Spanish and books the viewings.

How does the free trial work?

Sign in and the whole feed opens for 3 days: every city, every listing with its link, WhatsApp alerts. We ask for no card, so nothing is charged when it ends — the feed simply locks. To keep it you subscribe to Owner feed, monthly.
