How it works

Hi, I'm Marta. I call Spanish agents for you and book your viewings — you just send the listings.

You will see every call I make, decide what I may share, and hear exactly what was said. Here is my whole process, start to finish.

Step 1
You add listings and your info
Step 2
I call every agency, check availability and present your profile
Step 3 · if needed
A person from my team steps in — only when a call needs one
Step 4
You get booked viewings and clear answers
Step 1 · What you provide

I need three things from you. That is the whole setup.

Ten minutes of setup instead of hours of calling — I save you time, money and a lot of nerves.

The listings01
Links you already found

Copy the address bar from Idealista or Fotocasa — one link at a time, or paste a whole list.

No forms to fill in — a link is enough for me to pull the details.
About you02
Your Tenant Profile

Income or payslip, contract type, who is moving in, pets. Once, in your profile.

Agents screen tenants before they show a flat. This is what lets me answer their questions on the first call.
Your calendar03
When you can view flats

Mark the hours that work for you — evenings, weekends, your lunch break.

I only offer slots you are actually free for, so a booked viewing never needs rescheduling.
Step 2 · What I do

Then I start calling — and you stay in charge.

01The core
I call the agent in Spanish

I hold a real conversation, not a script — that is what turns a call into a viewing.

01Gets through, whatever it takesI spread my calls across hours and days until a human actually answers.
02Checks availabilityI confirm the flat is real, still on the market, and matches the listing.
03I present your profile at its bestIncome, contract, insurance, pets — framed the way Spanish agents want to hear it.
04I agree a time from your calendarI only offer slots you are free for, so the viewing sticks.
02On the record
You get everything the call produced

A definite answer on the listing, plus everything the call produced — in your dashboard minutes after I hang up.

A clear status, every timeViewing booked with a clear next step, flat unavailable, or not a fit — never a maybe.
The full recording and transcriptThe whole call, nothing edited out — every line in Spanish with the English beside it.
A short summary of the callWhat was asked, what was agreed, what to do next.
Our philosophy

I count Results, not calls.

A listing becomes a Result when you have a definite answer from me. Sometimes that answer is a booked viewing. Often it is "already rented" or "no pets" — which still saves you time and energy.

If nobody ever picks up, it is not a Result and you are not charged for it.

[0:00] Agente: Dígame.

[0:02] Marta: Hola, buenas.

[0:04] Agente: Hola, buenas.

[0:45] Agente: No sé… Prefiero que me llame ella directamente, mejor.

[0:52] Marta: Entiendo.

[1:08] Marta: Perfecto. Es para Paula Martínez y su pareja. No tienen niños, no tienen mascotas y no fuman.

[2:14] Agente: A ver, déjame ver…

[3:25] Agente: Muchas gracias.

[3:26] Marta: ¡Hasta luego!

English

[0:00] Agent: Hello?

[0:02] Marta: Hello, good afternoon.

[0:04] Agent: Hello, good afternoon. Go ahead.

[0:07] Marta: I'm calling about the townhouse for rent on Calle Creta, the one on Idealista. Is it still available?

[0:14] Agent: Yes, the house is still available.

[0:18] Marta: Great. I'm Marta, Paula Martínez's assistant — she's looking for a townhouse for herself and her partner. Shall I run through her profile to see whether it's a fit?

[0:27] Agent: Hold on. Am I talking to a computer?

[0:33] Marta: Yes, I'm an AI assistant, but Paula Martínez is a real person looking for a home for a couple. I know her profile and I can go through it in a couple of minutes. Would that be alright?

[0:45] Agent: I don't know… I'd rather she called me directly.

[0:52] Marta: I understand. I only need thirty seconds to run through the profile and see if it's a fit — that way nobody wastes their time. If it works, you can speak to Paula directly afterwards. Shall I go ahead?

[1:05] Agent: Alright, go on, tell me.

[1:08] Marta: Thank you. It's for Paula Martínez and her partner. No children, no pets, non-smokers. Paula works in tech on a permanent contract with a foreign company and earns more than three times the rent. Her partner is a doctor in Spain on a Spanish contract, and they can provide payslips and a bank guarantee if needed. Does that profile work for the house?

[1:36] Agent: Right. And you said they both have Spanish contracts, correct?

[1:43] Marta: That's not quite it — one has a Spanish contract and the other a foreign one. So, does the profile work for us to move forward?

[1:50] Agent: Ah, I see. Well, yes — in principle there shouldn't be any problem.

[1:56] Marta: Great. Can we schedule a viewing? Paula is free Wednesday from 5 to 8pm, Thursday morning until 12 or after 6, and Friday from 4 to 9. What day and time suit you?

[2:14] Agent: Let me see… We could meet Wednesday at 6pm, if that works for you.

[2:21] Marta: Perfect — Wednesday at 6. Are we confirmed?

[2:25] Agent: Yes, the viewing is confirmed for Wednesday at 6.

[2:32] Marta: Great. And where will they be meeting on Wednesday at 6?

[2:36] Agent: You'd meet at the entrance to the residential complex, next to Cafetería Creta. Not at the exact address of the house. Does that work?

[2:46] Marta: Perfect. At the entrance to the complex, next to Cafetería Creta, at the exact address of the house. Could you give me a phone number so I can send the confirmation and Paula Martínez's contact details?

[2:58] Agent: Yes, of course. Take this down: 624 546 123.

[3:06] Marta: Thank you. 624 546 123. Do you have WhatsApp on that number, or would you prefer a call? Or does SMS reach you better?

[3:16] Agent: Yes, I do have WhatsApp. WhatsApp is better, please.

[3:20] Marta: Perfect. We'll send the confirmation and Paula's details by WhatsApp to that number.

[3:25] Agent: Thank you very much.

[3:26] Marta: Goodbye!

About me

Yes, I am an AI. I say so first.

I am the assistant who makes the calls — the AI voice behind this service. I open every call by saying I am an AI assistant calling on behalf of a tenant.

I speak natural Castilian Spanish, understand regional accents, and never pretend to be someone I am not. Agents who would rather speak to a person can ask for a callback, and one of my human colleagues calls back. Immediately.

Marta · AI voice assistant
Español (ES) · English · EU AI Act compliant
"Buenas tardes, soy Marta, una asistente de inteligencia artificial. Llamo de parte de un inquilino."
My first sentence, on every single call.
I only call during Spanish business hours
If an agent asks for a human, one of my colleagues calls back
I never invent details about you: I use only what you provided
Your data

I ask for income data because agents do.

Nothing about you reaches an agent unless you switch it on. We are GDPR-compliant, your data stays in the EU, and it is never shared or sold — not to agencies, not to anyone.

What I ask for
Income, job, household

Payslip or proof of income, contract type, who is moving in, pets. The same short list every Spanish agency asks for.

Why
To get you past screening

Agents filter before they show a flat. Answering their questions on my first call is what turns it into a viewing.

Who sees it
An agent, only if you agree

Consent is per item and per search, revocable at any time. Stored in the EU, never sold, never shared with anyone else.

Where a human steps in

Me by default. A person when it matters.

Whoever makes the call, the job is the same: a definite status on the listing and a next step you can act on.

STEP 1
I call first

I make the call in Spanish, present your profile and try to agree a viewing. This is what happens on almost every listing.

Fast, and at the scale a person cannot match.
STEP 2
A person steps in

If the agent would rather not speak to an assistant, asks for a human to call back, or the questions get too specific for me, a native Spanish speaker on my team takes the call straight away.

We step in instantly, so the listing is never lost.
STEP 3
You always get a status

Whoever spoke to the agent, the job is finished the same way: a definite status on the listing — booked, unavailable, not a fit, still calling.

Whatever the answer, the next step is always clear.
FAQ

The questions people actually ask me.

What if the agent never picks up?

I retry across different hours and days, and follow up on WhatsApp where a number allows it. If nobody ever answers, it is not a Result and it does not count against your plan.

What if the flat is already rented?

That is a Result: I give you the answer, the timestamp and the recording, so you can cross it off the same day instead of waiting a week for a reply that never comes.

Which cities and portals do you cover?

All of Spain — Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, the islands, small towns. I work with Idealista and Fotocasa, plus any listing with a phone number.

Rent only, or buying too?

Both. For purchases I book the visit and ask the standard first-round questions; the negotiation itself is handled by a human on the Concierge tier.

Can I listen to the calls?

Yes — every call, in full, with a written transcript beside it. I never tell you what happened without showing you.

What languages do you speak?

Every language spoken in Spain — Castilian Spanish, Catalan, Valencian, Galician and Basque — so I can work in every region. With you I speak English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.

Send me one listing. Hear what happens.

You can try how I work for free — no card needed. And you get the recording either way.
